Visit two award-winning Wilno artists in their studios and showroom: Joyce Burkholder, painter and Dan Hill, potter.
Joyce's 40 years as a professional artist has won her recognition and renown for her internationally collected landscapes in oil, acrylic and watercolour. Each piece is enhanced with her artistic and attractive custom framing.
Potter Dan Hill has over 30 years experience in clay work and utilizes techniques such as wheel throwing, altering, extruding and hand building. The final firing process takes place in a custom built Soda Glaze kiln.
 When visiting Hillside you will see creativity in process where new ideas are being formed in clay and paint. Their studios are nestled on a hillside with a stunning and inspiring valley view, and the artistic garden entrance to the showroom reflects their aesthetic and eye for design.
The showroom displays Joyce's original paintings and Dan's one of a kind stoneware and porcelain vessels. Also available are a large selection of cards, reproductions and pottery for everyday use.
Hillside Paintings and Pottery is located 1 km from Hwy 60 on Wilno South Road in "Uptown Wilno".
Open May long-weekend to Thanksgiving.
