The Red Canoe Restaurant & Bar at the Wilno Station Inn features a unique bar crafted from a wooden canoe in our bright back porch dining area. Freshly picked organic salad greens and vegetables and locally raised chicken and pork are part of our traditional Canadian country menu as is our popular grilled salmon and the hearty Texas Grill. Enjoy the beauty of early morning in Wilno with our hearty camper and lodge breakfasts which include our own locally made sausage. A summer lunch is pleasant under the umbrellas on the flower-filled patio or in our high-ceilinged dining room with its unique brick bread oven. Try our daily quiche made with fresh eggs and herbs from Echo of the Past gardens or a crisp green salad of mesclun greens with oven-roasted chicken and our own mango chutney. Finish off with our popular rhubarb crisp or maple pumpkin cheesecake.
On Friday we cater to the fish and seafood lovers with specials featuring the catch of the day prepared in mouth-watering style. Side dishes may include Italian rice, homemade cornbread or cilantro black bean cake.
Our snacks include brushetta with locally grown tomatoes and herbs and hearty home-made chili with fresh buns. And in homage to one of our favorite countries, try our Wilno Tapas: a selection of cheeses, sausage, smoked fish, black olives, and vegetable crudites with basket of crusty bread and olive oil & balsamic vinegar for dipping.
